GMA Music artists share their work adjustments during the pandemic
How did Golden Cañedo, Anthony Rosaldo, Kyryll, and Hannah Precillas overcome the struggles of their work-from-home setup during the quarantine?
The ongoing pandemic did not stop GMA Music artists Golden Cañedo, Anthony Rosaldo, Kyryll, and Hannah Precillas from pursuing their passions while on quarantine.
During their GMA Viber Chat on October 6, the four singers shared their own experiences with regards to recording their new music at home.
“Okay lang naman po, hehe. Super daming adjustments lang pero laban pa rin,” wrote The Clash grand winner Golden Cañedo.
Season 1 Clasher Anthony said, “Nag-a-adjust pa rin po talaga sa mga struggle pero so far, nakakaya naman.
“Syempre new normal na talaga tayo ngayon but I think as long as we love what we’re doing wala naman pong mahirap!”
Meanwhile, Kyryll said promoting her song “Gunita” during the height of the pandemic meant doubling her efforts to publicize the single online.
“Napakalaki ng adjustment,” she related.
“Double effort ngayon sa pag self-promote kasi nga nabawasan din ang opportunities to work gawa ng pandemic so para maging relevant kailangan mag effort talaga.”
GMA’s OST Princess Hannah Precillas also shared her personal struggles when recording “Sabi Ko Na Nga Ba” during the quarantine.
She said, “Siyempre mahirap po siya for me. Lalo na with the cameras at sa audio na ikaw gagawa lahat.
“Mahirap ‘yon kasi parang naninibago ako at nag-a-adjust pa lang ako sa kung anu-ano ‘yung mga dapat gawin kasi work-from-home nga tayo ngayon. Thankfully, kinaya naman at laban lang.”
