Princess spent an afternoon with GMANetwork.com and fans from Kapuso Brigade via a video conference where she talked about her new song titled “The New Born King,” her career, her holiday plans, and her personal life.

She surprised her audience when she revealed that she’s already eight months into her third pregnancy and is due to give birth early in December.

Princess and her husband have been blessed with two boys, and they are now expecting a baby girl. They see their third child as a blessing yet the Kapuso singer also revealed that the first part of her pregnancy was tough on her.

She said, “Actually when I found out that I was pregnant, ano na ‘yun eh ECQ na. So mga one and half months in. So talagang pandemic baby talaga siya. Iyak ako nang iyak talaga. Bukod doon sa hormones, siyempre. Yung kapraningan, ‘yung takot na papaano. Delikadong lumabas. Parang pag nanganak ako may COVID[-19] pa ba? Meron pa kasi malapit na eh. Tapos paano ako magpapa-check-up, ganyan. Paano kung delikado na naman ‘yung pregnancy ko.

"'Yung idea that you will bring a new life in this world that is so certain. Alam mo ‘yun? Nung time na ‘yun kasi parang we don’t know what’s going to happen. Parang everyone’s [in the dark]… ang daming namamatay ‘diba noong una. We were not like super informed din on how to protect ourselves so ang daming nagkakasakit, ganyan. And then wala pang semblance of new normal kasi parang we were all thinking na “Ano ba, mabilis lang ba ‘to?” Basta ganun, sobrang uncertain. ‘Yun lang naman ang pinaka-worry ko but in time I was able to accept it that it’s a true blessing from God ‘di ba. Kasi every child is a blessing and I have my husband to thank din kasi siya ‘yung tuwang-tuwa. From the start kahit hindi pa namin alam ‘yung gender, kine-claim na niya na babae na daw talaga ‘yun.”

As a precaution against COVID-19, Princess had to consult her OB-GYNE remotely. Thankfully, she did not experience any complications and she was finally able to see her doctor in person when she entered her last trimester.

She shared, “Ngayon lang ako actually pinagpahinga talaga dahil ano kasi ako eh CS. So hindi puwedeng bumuka nang maaga or mag-stretch ‘yung uterus ko nang maaga kasi baka mapaaga akong mapanganak. But other than that, everything’s good so I’m very thankful for that.”
