Over 200 personnel of the Iloilo City Police Office (ICPO) were promoted at work. 

A total of 245 policemen was granted job promotion under the Calendar Year (CY) 2024 Regular Promotion Program. 

Police Colonel Kim Legada, ICPO director, led the Simultaneous Mass Oathtaking, Donning, and Pinning of Ranks Ceremony at Camp Achilles D. Plagata in Iloilo City

Of the 245 recipients, eight are promoted to the rank of Police Lieutenant, 17 to Police Executive Master Sergeant, three to Police Chief Master Sergeant, 29 to Police Senior Master Sergeant, 87 to Police Master Sergeant, 16 to Police Staff Sergeant, and 85 to Police Corporal, based on data furnished by Police Major Shella Mae Sangrines, ICPO public information officer. 

Legada called on the newly promoted police personnel to continue serving with integrity and dedication. He acknowledged the strong support of families in the success of the recipients' endeavor.

Staff members of ICPO, unit commanders, police non-commissioned officers (PNCOs), non-uniformed personnel (NUPs), and families of the recipients graced the event.
