Authorities arrested a high value individual in the illegal drug trade and seized suspected shabu worth nearly P7 million in a sting operation in Marawi City.
Police identified the suspect as alias “Menso,” resident of Barangay Bagu-Ingud, Ditsa-an Ramain, Lanao del Sur.
Seized from his possession were sachets of suspected shabu weighing around one kilo and a motorcycle.
The suspect is now detained and will face charges for alleged violation of the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act (RA 9165).
