Authorities have arrested the suspects in the shooting of a fish vendor in Cebu City.

Police said the victim who was riding a motorcycle for hire was shot in the neck.

During follow-up investigation, investigators tracked the gunman and the one who drove the motorcycle. They also recovered the motorcycle the suspects used.

Police said the gunman who was allegedly linked to illegal drugs reportedly mistook the victim as the one who tipped off authorities about his alleged illegal activities.

The gunman and the victim are neighbors.

“Kompleto ni sila. Solved ang atong kaso. One of the suspects denied involvement in illegal drug activities.
