A man was caught on camera taking a peek into bathrooms of a dormitory in Cebu City while male residents were taking a bath.
Closed circuit television (CCTV) camera also caught the man touching his private part.
The incident happened at around 8 a.m.
CCTV footage showed the man who was wearing black clothes was observing his surroundings first before entering a room with an open door.
From there, the man went to a bathroom situated outside the main dormitory and also took a peek at the student taking a bath there.
He even took a video of the student.
Residents of the dormitory eventually noticed the man and confronted him. The man reportedly said he knows a resident of the dormitory and left the dorm quickly.
The male dorm residents believe that it was the man who stole their underwear.
The incident was reported to the police.
