Sketch of Inday Sara’s Filipiniana gown for SONA

Davao City Mayor and Presidential daughter Inday Sara Duterte will be attending her first State of the Nation Address this month wearing a fancy, pale mint green-colored terno gown designed by Davao-based designer Silverio Anglacer Junior.

He’s the same designer who created the stunning royal blue gown that Inday Sara wore during the inauguration.

Anglacer spoke with Ian Cruz of Unang Balita and showed his sketches for the gown.

According to Anglacer, the gown will be made with chiffon and will feature the signature butterfly sleeves, and for accent, pleats.

“Subtle lang ang pag ka butterfly sleeves with a detail dito sa chest area,” Anglacer says, explaining, “this is more of a fabric manipulation.”
