Scarlet Snow and Baby Zia are the cutest dino babies!

Celebrity baby Scarlet Snow Belo turned 3 yesterday, and just as she requested, her parents Dr. Vicky Belo and Hayden Kho threw her an elaborate dinosaur-themed birthday party.

There were so much cuteness at the children's party — cotton candies, dinosaur tails, face painting, all the balloons! — but nothing was cuter than seeing Scarlet and guest Baby Zia playing dinosaur.

The two were caught on camera roaring inside a play dino egg, pretending to be baby dinosaurs that were hatching, and our hearts just melted a little.
