Ina Feleo posts a sensible weight loss advice on Instagram


Kapuso actor Ina Feleo has always maintained a healthy lifestyle — as her fit body attests — and thankfully, she isn't one to keep her fitness secrets all to herself.

Aside from generously sharing her workout routines and recipe on social media, Ina did not hesitate to answer one of her followers queries about weight loss

 

A follower who tagged Ina as her "fitspiration" asked whether or not she should ditch carbs in her diet:  "Hi Ms. Ina. You're my fitspiration. I just want to ask about your diet. Do you still eat carbs such as bread and rice? What can you suggest? Should I stop eating rice and bread? Hope you could reply, thank you"

 


Ina may be no nutritionist but she gave her follower a sensible answer:

"We are all different so I can only share what works for me (kasi hindi naman ako nutritionist/expert). I eat rice and bread in moderation. For example, 1/2 cup rice for lunch. For bread I choose wheat or multi-grain. Some people can survive without eating rice or bread, but I know I can't try and find what works for you but never deprive yourself."
