Fourth weekly fuel price rollback starts Monday


 

Prices of petroleum products in the country are going down anew starting Monday, the fourth weekly rollback on the heels of lower crude prices in the global market.

Starting at 6 a.m. on Monday, June 26, Phoenix Petroleum Philippines Inc. lowered pump prices of diesel by P0.25 per liter, and gasoline by P0.40 per liter.

On Tuesday, similar adjustments will be implemented on diesel by Eastern Petroleum Corp., Flying V, Petron Corp., Pilipinas Shell Petroleum Corp., PTT Philippines Corp., and SEAOIL Philippines Inc. 

However, Shell, Petron, SEAOIL, Flying V, PTT Philippines and Eastern Petroleum are lowering gasoline prices by 0

Flying V, Petron, SEAOIL, Shell, are also lowering kerosene prices by P0.20 per liter.

Flying V and SEAOIL will adjust pump prices at 12:01 a.m. Tuesday, June 27, and the rest of the companies at 6 a.m. the same day.

Other firms have yet to announce similar price reductions.

Diesel prices in the Philippines currently range from P27.35 to P31.46 per liter, and gasoline from P38.95 to P51.01.  — Jon Viktor Cabuenas/VDS/KVD/RSJ, GMA News
