Megaworld to build P3-B regional HQ for FactSet

Megaworld Corp. is building the regional corporate headquarters of FactSet, a global provider of integrated financial information, analytical applications, and industry-leading services, the property developer said on Monday.

The deal to build a 17-story, P3-billion tower in McKinley West township in Fort Bonifacio was closed in New York last month, Jericho Go, Megaworld senior vice president, noted.

"FactSet’s expansive presence, which will be headquartered in McKinley West, demonstrates its continued confidence in the country’s growing economy,” said Go.

FactSet is listed on both the New York Stock Exchange and NASDAQ.

"The very skilled, talented, creative and hardworking FactSetters in our Manila facilities are instrumental to helping FactSet achieve our mission to solve our clients’ greatest challenges through the power of collaboration,” said Philip Snow, chief executive officer of FactSet.

The "FactSet Tower" will be constructed in line with LEED green building ratings program developed by the US Green Building Council, and is expected to be completed in 2020, Megaworld noted. — VDS, GMA News
