Baron Geisler’s brushes with law, conflicts with colleagues

Actor Baron Geisler was charged with unjust vexation in inquest proceedings before the Quezon City Prosecutor's office on Tuesday after he caused trouble at a Timog Avenue restaurant and bar the night before.

Geisler has had several publicized brushes with the law and had been in trouble with colleagues over the years.

• In 2005, Geisler figured in a vehicular accident on Commonwealth Avenue after he allegedly took the wheel from his driver while he was drunk. Driving under the influence, driving without license and reckless imprudence resulting in damage to propery charges were filed against him.
• In 2008, a charge for acts of lasciviouness was filed against him after he allegedly groped Patrizha Martinez, the daughter of showbiz couple William Martinez and Yayo Aguila. The incident reportedly happened at a bar in Makati in April 2008.
• In 2009, charges for acts of lasciviousness and unjust vexation were filed against him for allegedly touching actress Yasmien Kurdi during a taping of a TV series.
• In 2011, Geisler figured in another groping incident, this time against actress Cherry Pie Picache.
• In 2012, he spent a night in jail after he allegedly punched a neighbor.
• In 2016, Geisler caught actor Ping Medina's ire after he urinated on the latter during a movie shooting. He was removed from the movie and was boycotted by the Professional Artist Managers Inc.
