Pope Francis will stay at the Apostolic Nunciature on Taft Avenue during his stay in the country From Thursday night until Monday morning. As such, the government implemented security measures at the Light Rail Transit that traverses the Manila thoroughfare, closing in particular its Quirino Station at certain times.
