Kris Aquino confirms role in 'Crazy Rich Asians' movie

After months of speculation, "Queen of All Media" Kris Aquino has finally confirmed that yes! She will play a role in the movie adaptation of Kevin Kwan's best-selling book "Crazy Rich Asians."

Kris posted a video clip on her Instagram account, showing the behind the scenes of her photo shoot for the upcoming film, on the caption she confirmed the news.

She wrote, "Thank you @kevinkwanbooks for CONFIRMING my role in #CRAZYRICHASIANS! THANK YOU for the kind words you had to say "I have a soft spot for her... She is Kris Aquino, what else is there to say? Most of all THANK YOU for loving the Philippines and Filipinos. The feeling is definitely reciprocal!"

In June, she had been giving hints on what role she might play on her Hollywood debut, she has been mentioning the word "princess" on her IG posts.
