Steven Seagal to shoot movie, ‘General Commander’ series in PHL

"He is just somebody who wants to stay in the game and wants to keep getting bad guys to make the world a better place," ayon sa Hollywood actor.

"We are talking about building infrastructure here, an infrastructure for more movies."

The people are nice and the government is friendly to us."

"The Philippines really for me has, people in general are very very nice and we get treated well here. There's a reason why they call it 'The Pearl of Asia,' it's really because of the people," dagdag ni Seagal.

"I think Vigan is one of our favorites. Vigan is very, it's like an old city from two, three hundred years ago." — Jamil Santos/BM, GMA News
