Why Gabbi and Ruru will be working on separate projects for now

On Monday, GMA Artist Center issued a statement about the alleged split of the GabRu love team comprised of Gabbi Garcia and Ruru Madrid. See it below:

"As GMA Network’s home-grown talents, we want to give Ruru and Gabbi various projects that will develop their full potential as artists. We want to explore various possibilities and for now, they will have individual projects. We fully support their careers and likewise assure their fans and followers that they will still be seen in different Kapuso programs."

The statement  comes after Gabbi defended herself on social media from haters blaming her for the alleged split.

Replying to a now-deleted tweet, Gabbi said, "I just don't see the point. Why always put the blame on me?"

She then followed up with two more tweets.
