James Yap, Michela Cazzola celebrate baby Francesca's first month at home

Basketball star James Yap and girlfriend Michela Cazzola had a simple celebration for daughter Francesca Michelle, who turned a month old on Friday. 

James and Michela posted photos on Instagram, in which Francesca's two-tiered cake with floral details can be seen.

Michela held Francesca, while James carried their first born son Michael James — who looked very excited about the cake!

"Felice primo mese, principessa mia!!" Michela said in Italian. (Happy first month, my princess !!).
