Pacquiao 90-95 percent ready for Horn fight

Eight-division world champion Manny Pacquiao is close to being in top form barely two weeks before he faces Jeff Horn for the WBO welterweight title, Pacquiao's conditioning coach said Monday.

Justine Fortune said Pacquiao is already at 90 to 95 percent away from his peak condition as he caps his training camp in General Santos City.

"He is in great condition. He's about 90 to 95 percent," Fortune said in a report by GMA News' Mark Zambrano on Unang Balita.

He added that Pacquiao is expected to finish his training next week in Brisbane, Australia.

"We'll finish him off next week and then one sparring session in Australia. So Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday we'll finish up with a run and that's it," Fortune said.

Pacquiao will head to Australia on June 24 via a chartered flight from General Santos to Brisbane.

He earlier said his upcoming title fight is dedicated to Filipinos affected by the Marawi City crisis and natural disasters.

The report said available tickets for the fight have been running low with the Filipino community looking forward to Pacquaio's bout billed as the "Battle of Brisbane."
