(Updated 9:47 p.m.) Jeff Chan regained his shooting touch and steered Rain or Shine to an emphatic 112-98 win over Powerade Sunday night, paving the way for a deciding Game 7 for the right to advance in the PBA Philippine Cup Finals.              Chan exploded for 26 points on 5-of-9 shooting from beyond the arc in a remarkable display of shooting in Game 6 before a crowd of more than 16,000 fans at the Aranate Coliseum.              Held to just six points on 1-of-9 shooting in a 110-108 game five loss, the shooting guard out of Far Eastern University presided aggressively behind a huge run by the Elasto Painters in the fourth period when they finally ripped the game apart. Chan scored six straight points to open the final quarter, including a booming three-pointer that stretched a slim four-point Rain or Shine lead to 86-76.              In all, the Elasto Painters outscored the Tigers, 12-0, in a five-minute span, giving them a commanding 92-76 lead with 7:52 to go on a three-pointer by Gabe Norwood.              “Our energy level was a lot better today than the last time,” said Rain or Shine coach Yeng Guiao.              The best-of-seven series is now tied at 3-3, with Game 7 set Wednesday at the Astrodome.              “If were able to replicate this game, I think we’ll be ok this Wednesday,” Guiao added.              Rookie Paul Lee had 15 points and six assists, while Ronnie Matias and Ronjay Buenafe combined for 25 points for the Elasto Painters, who kept their hopes alive of making the Finals for the first time since barging into the league in 2006.              “Great win for the team,” said Norwood. “Groin (injury) feels a little shaky, but there’s no time for injuries. Game 7 on Wednesday.”              Gary David and rookie Marcio Lassiter each finished with 30 points for the Tigers. This marked the seventh time in the Tigers’ last eight games that David reached the 30-point mark. - AMD, GMA News                  The scores: Rain or Shine (112) - Chan 26, Lee 15, Matias 14, Buenafe 11, Norwood 8, Rodriguez 8, Cruz 6, Quinahan 6, Ibanes 6, Tang 5, Belga 5, Arana 2.              Powerade (98) - Lassiter 30, David 30, Kramer 15, Anthony 10, Casio 7, Antonio 5, Lingganay 1, Martinez 0, Vanlandingham 0, Allera 0, Cruz 0, Adducul 0, Crisano 0.              Quarterscores: 22-30, 54-50, 80-76, 112-98
