Former NBA player Luc Longley.
Game Six of the PBA Finals packed the Smart Araneta Coliseum with 20,534 fans, but it was the presence of celebrities from sports and entertainment that made the affair even more interesting.
Seen courtside behind the B-MEG bench were Danica Sotto with father Vic, who were around to support the former's husband, Llamados forward Marc Pingris. TV host Bianca Gonzales, supporting JC Intal, was also seen behind the B-MEG bench. But some of the brightest stars at courtside were even bigger sports legends. Three-time NBA Champion Luc Longley and Manny Pacquiao trainer Freddie Roach also on hand to watch the game.
The Australian center, who won championships with Michael Jordan, is in the country to headline the 2012 Junior NBA Camp. Roach, however, proved to be the biggest draw. Fresh from Baguio, the Boxing Writers Association of America five-time Trainer of the Year, is in Manila after Pacquiao wrapped up his Baguio training camp Thursday. Team Pacquiao is scheduled to leave for Los Angeles Saturday night as the Fighting Congressman from Sarangani province resumes his training at Roach's Wild Card gym. — Reneé Fopalan/JVP, GMA News
