A stacked Barangay Ginebra San Miguel team is out to prove that their loss against Talk ’N Text on the last day of the elimination round was just a misstep, while the Alaska Aces are out to show that they’ve found their groove, after surviving a pair of must-win games to nail the final quarterfinals berth.

This will be a rematch of the 2013 Commissioner’s Cup Finals, which Alaska won handily. But with the addition of Japeth Aguilar, Greg Slaughter and armed with a twice-to-beat advantage, Ginebra will be out for revenge, while Alaska will be playing their third game in four days.
