Azkals make it three friendlies in April, add matches against Qatar club, Malaysia 

The Philippine national men’s football team, also known as the Azkals, will have three friendlies in the month of April, in anticipation of the May 19-30 AFC Challenge Cup, it was announced Friday, on the team's website.

In addition to the previously announced April 11 friendly versus Nepal, the Azkals will also play Qatar club Al Ahli SC on April 14, with both games to be held in Qatar.

After that, the Azkals will once again play Malaysia on April 27, a little under two months after the two sides battled to a 0-0 draw in Malaysia, last March 1.

Head coach Thomas Dooley, brought in earlier this year, has yet to register a win while in charge of the Azkals.  - AMD, GMA News
