CD-R King to sell Google Glass?

Budget consumer electronics store CD-R King has just hinted at the possibility of bringing the much-awaited Google Glass wearable technology to Philippine shores.

At 2 pm on May 10, Saturday, CD-R King posted a teaser photo on its Facebook page with the message, "Get ready to experience Google Glass in our store."



The carefully-worded announcement leaves much room for speculation: it is not clear whether the store will actually be selling or simply showcasing Google's wearable tech. Some observers have even speculated that the store chain might be preparing to launch a similar device of its own.

For its part, Google Philippines has yet to make any official announcements about Google Glass in the country, nor has it announced any official local partnerships concerning upcoming sales of the device. - GMA News
