Microsoft to roll out 6 security patches for July
Microsoft is rolling out six security updates for its software products this coming week, as part of its regular Patch Tuesday.
Two of the security bulletins are "Critical," three "Important" and one "Moderate," according to a report on PC World.
It said one of the two "Critical" bulletins applies to Microsoft's Internet Explorer browser, and may be a cumulative patch.
The second "Critical" security bulletin may affect virtually all supported versions of Windows including 8.1.
"Six security bulletins is fewer than usual – with 106 security bulletins in 2013, the average has been just under nine security bulletins per month. But it’s still enough to keep IT admins busy," PC World said. — Joel Locsin /LBG, GMA News
