If these questions made you want to re-evaluate your lifestyle, then you might want to hear the inspiring transformation story of a mother who used to suffer from obesity and fatty liver disease.

A decade ago, Melinda Aquino was always on-the-go. She used to be a working student who funds her own tuition -- splitting her time as a student assistant and a fast food staff, along with her school duties.

However, Melinda's active lifestyle changed when she entered family life.

"Sa work, as in, halos parang puro more on paperworks na lang. Wala na masyadong ginagawa, hindi katulad dati noon sa fastfood talagang super active ng katawan."

"Ngayon, halos hindi na kumikilos. Utak ko nalang yung pagaganahin. So talaga, ang tendency ay lumobo ng lumobo," she said.

Due to her constant inactive state, Melinda admitted that she used to sacrifice preparing a proper meal in exchange of sleep.
