And as the COVID-19 outbreak remain a global threat, the recent Pinoy MD episode showed the urgent efforts being done by the governments of the affected countries.

In South Korea, a drive-thru testing station was enabled. Citizens can go through swab testing and get examined for COVID-19 while inside their cars.

Thailand ensures that all packages and cargos are coronavirus-free by disinfecting each item.

Likewise, Italy continues to spray disinfectant on their trains.

In the Philippines, some local governments in Metro Manila are taking precautionary measures against the novel coronavirus by disinfecting some public places.

The City Government of Pasig, one of the cities with confirmed cases of COVID-19, is using an unmanned firefighting machine that releases chemicals with anti-viral properties to clean some elementary and high school establishments. Smaller disinfectant devices are used inside the schools.

Furthermore, they are conducting contact tracing to limit the local transmission.

The Quezon City Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Council (QCDRRMC) continues to disinfect some public schools with a similar firefighting machine to prevent community transmission.

Trains stations in Metro Manila like the Manila Metro Rail Transit (MRT) and Manila Light Rail Transit (LRT) are being disinfected because many Filipinos commute on a daily basis.
