Aubrey Miles tells why everyday workout isn't working

Aubrey Miles is known for having a passion for healh and wellness.

On her recent Instagram posts, she shared a few home workout routines with Troy Montero to help people during the enhanced community quarantine.

In one of these posts, Aubrey also explained why some people are not able to achieve their desired results despite working out every day.

She wrote, "Do you sometimes question yourself why your body is not changing despite working out everyday?

"Do you ever weigh yourself and surprised you're not even losing a pound?"

Aubrey added that she also personally asked the same questions.

"I also have those questions myself once in awhile. These are the things I noticed and why it happens to many of us, especially to women."

According to Aubrey, there are different reasons why there are no visible results despite working out every day and one of these is not getting a good sleep.

"1. Getting poor sleep. Sleep is different from quality sleep. Your body knows how well you've slept. Lack of sleep can also slow down your metabolism."

Aubrey noted that different types of workouts could also be a reason.

"2. Trying too many types of workouts. Your body will only develop on how much attention you give on certain parts.

"The only time you can change your workout routine is when you feel you're getting progress and The routine is getting too easy then it's time. Patience."

Aubrey mentioned that diet also plays a major role in getting your desired results

"3. Not Maintaining a well balanced diet. I believe we don't have to be strict everyday unless you have a goal or shoot to preprare for.

"Balance is everything. Being too strict can lead to pigging out."

She also discussed the importance of portion control.

"4. Portion control. Hardcore workout is nothing if we just eat whatever we want. My motto is “We can eat anything but not everything.""

Lastly, she stressed the importance of committing to healthy lifestyle.

"5. Not commiting to a healthy lifestyle. A Healthy lifestyle shouldn't be forced. It takes time and practice to achieve it. It's maybe hard but it's possible for everyone."
