She's one super momma!
Many are impressed with the recovery of Kapuso actress Max Collins after giving birth to her first baby with husband Pancho Magno.
Max gave birth last to Skye Anakin on June 6 via water birth.
On her Instagram post today, July 23, the first-time mom talked about the difficulties of taking care a newborn.
Max said, “New kind of morning stretch raising a newborn is difficult and tiring, but seeing his precious lil face, discovering his different nuances day by day - makes it all worth it”
She then went to explain that moms should remember to have some “me time” like doing some exercise to better take care of themselves post-pregnancy.
The Kapuso drama actress added that a “happy momma makes a happy baby” too.
“l think it's okay to have some “me” time once in a while to stretch/exercise- why this early postpartum you ask? I was cleared by my midwife to do light exercises since I don't have a tear and I've already recovered from giving birth (one of the many benefits of having a water birth!).
“Also, I believe a happy momma makes a happy baby, and I can only be a happy momma if my body and mind are functioning well.
“Let's be kind to ourselves so we have love to give to others. And btw, working out isn't just about losing weight, it's about your overall health, get that blood flowing and endorphins kick in.”
Max Collins and Pancho Magno tied the knot in December 2017 in a star-studded wedding at the Marriott Grand Ballroom in Pasay City.
And almost three years later, they are now beginning a new chapter in their lives as parents to Skye Anakin.
