Kapuso actor, model, and entrepreneur Alden Richards has established himself as one of the biggest stars in the local entertainment industry.
In a previous interview, Alden said that it was gratifying that he was able to fulfill his dreams.
He shared, “When I was starting, ang dami mong pangarap, ang dami mong dreams, ang dami mong gustong mangyari sa buhay mo noon. As I go along the 10 years that I've been here, slowly siya natutupad isa-isa because of the support, because of the good projects that you're doing, 'yung recognition din [mula] sa ibang tao.
“Ang sarap balikan noong nangangarap pa si Alden, and then now natupad na niya 'yung mga pangarap niya, most of it.”
Now dubbed as the Asia's Multimedia Star, Alden marked his 12th anniversary in show business in December 2022.
In an exclusive chat with GMANetwork.com, Alden noted that reaching this point in his career was only possible by constantly pushing himself to move forward.
(as is) The Sparkle leading man explained, “I don't settle for a certain accomplishment. I always move forward, I always look for other opportunities. Para hindi ako relax, I'm always at the edge of my seat--laging may kaba, laging my uncertainty.”
“Kasi when you are too comfortable already with your life right now, it means ayaw mo ng growth. Ayaw mo nang lumaki, so being here for 12 years ganun lang ako lagi,” he added.

Alden will never forget the experience directing his live Esports tournament held at Ynares Arena in Pasig City last January 2023. He told '24 Oras,' “Masarap sa pakiramdam, parang baptism of fire sa akin 'to”, saad niya, “It opened a lot of opportunities and interests for me especially sa field ng directing. Iba kasi 'pag sinabi mo director ka ng isang live event, especially an Esports event. So, I'm just very happy and very proud of the turnout ng Myriad Esports cup season one.”
