She's the one taking orders, corresponding with customers, packing the items, and sending them for delivery all by herself. And she does all those things on top of her responsibilities as a celebrity.

According to Kris in her recent YouTube vlog, one "unlucky" customer had been waiting for her order for a long time. Due to unforeseen circumstances, including Kris's very busy schedule, the customer's order got delayed multiple times.

To make up for it, Kris decided to personally deliver her customer's orders at her own house.
