Mikael Daez and Megan Young start 2021 by moving to Subic

In the latest episode of Mikael Daez and Megan Young's podcast, '#BehindRelationshipGoals,' the celebrity couple shared that they have officially made their move to Subic, which they discussed in a previous episode of their show.

According to Megan, "2021 is a new beginning for all of us 'di ba?

"Well, we decided to test it out and, thankfully, they allowed us to rent first, so we're testing out the waters on the feel of the house, how we feel about the environment, and kung good vibes, is it something we wanna do in the future?"

Mikael added that they're staying in Subic for a month just to see if the province is a place where they could start putting down roots.

So far, the couple can confidently say that they're enjoying the relaxed vibe of their new place.

Mikael and Megan also have this stunning forest view right outside their balcony which they just can't get enough of.

"It feels so uplifting for me. Wow, uplifting.

"Rejuvenating, I feel like a new person.

"Maganda siya, pero kakaibang feeling nararamdaman ko just looking at this because, usually, I see a building in front of me. Now, I see a forest," said Megan.

One disadvantage the couple has found quite surprising was that they're having a difficult time looking up their address when shopping online on their favorite e-commerce applications.

Aside from their new home, another thing Mikael and Megan are looking forward to this 2021 is their new show, Sing For Hearts, a new singing competition with a "lovely twist" which they will host.

"We auditioned for this before the pandemic struck and completely forgot about it because we weren't sure if they were going to continue the show. We weren't even sure if they were going to pick us.

"Lo and behold, a comment on Instagram led us to the article which announced that 'Hey, we're doing a show, so cool!'

"We don't know when that's gonna start but we're super excited because, as we've said, we've been doing this podcast but we'd also love to be able to take our hosting skills and our own rapport to TV so this is a start, right," bared Mikael.
