Valeen Montenegro promotes body positivity anew: 'Flat is the new normal'

The actress echoed her stand about being proud of being flat-chested through photos of herself clad in a brown monochrome ensemble.

She claimed, “Flat is the new normal.”

Body shaming is among the issues people are dealing with today, especially in social media, where bashers brazenly attack some due to their physical appearances.

Valeen has had a fair share of insult and criticism from bashers, and last March, during her guesting in talk show Mars Pa More, she clarified that she's “confident” and “blessed” to have small breasts.

“Shout out nga pala sa mahihilig mag-judge at sabihin na ako ay flat or nakatalikod,” the actress said.

She then said, “But for the record actually, parang first time ko itong sasabihin sa TV, I'm very confident with my babies. I love them how they are.

“Kasi hindi siya hindrance. I'm not saying naman for other people that have bigger boobies than me are nahihirapan. Pero I love the way they are and I'm not at all insecure about them. As in, I'm so confident and I'm so blessed to have these.”
