Filipino fashion designer Francis Libiran will be designing the dress of Olympic gold medalist Hidilyn Diaz for her wedding day.
Olympic gold medalist Hidilyn Diaz recently chose renowned Filipino designer Francis Libiran to create her dress for her much-awaited wedding day.
Along with a photo with the soon-to-be bride and her fiancé, Julius Naranjo, the fashion designer's post reads, “Love is Golden. The World Champion deserves only the gold standard in fashion design on her special day!”
“#FrancisLibiran is beaming with pride to be chosen by 2020 Tokyo Olympics Gold Medalist #HidilynDiaz and fiancé Julius Naranjo as the official designer of their much-awaited wedding,” she added.
In October, the professional weightlifter announced that she's engaged to her significant other and expressed how thankful she is to have Julius in her life.
The 31-year-old athlete wrote, “It's [a] YES!”
“I'm grateful to God that He sent Julius into my life. He makes my life easy. Alam ng iba kung ano mga sinasakripisyo niya para maabot namin ang pangarap na ginto sa Olympics together with #TeamHD, nun laro kinilig at masaya ako kasi siya mismo nagsabi God is the center of our relationship, kaya walang duda magYeYes ako dahil swerte ako may isang Julius nagmamahal, nagintindi, at sumuporta sa akin,” Hidilyn shared.
