Actress Jodi Sta. Maria opened up about family, career, and moving forward during her guest appearance on the April 20 episode of Fast Talk with Boy Abunda.
During her sit-down interview with Boy Abunda, Jodi shared insights on raising her son, Thirdy, saying that motherhood remains one of her top priorities as she continues to balance her personal life and showbiz commitments.
She also spoke about her upcoming film Midnight Girls, where she will star alongside Sanya Lopez, expressing excitement over the project and her collaboration with the Kapuso actress.
Meanwhile, Jodi addressed the recent engagement of her ex-husband, Pampi Lacson, to actress Iwa Moto, revealing that she had been informed about it ahead of the public announcement.
“Before their announcement, they actually told me first about the engagement and sa totoo lang, masaya ako para sa kanila. Isa itong bagay na matagal nilang hinintay, 13 to 14 years...is no joke,” Jodi said.
“And now, it's really happening. And ang masasabi ko lang or ang magiging dasal ko lang is ang mahalin nila ang isa't isa. Intindihin nila ang isa't isa. Sila ang magkakampi, magkatuwang, magkaagapay sa buhay.”
Jodi's candid remarks reflect her supportive stance and maturity, as she continues to navigate co-parenting and maintain a harmonious relationship with her former partner's new chapter.
