Binibining Pilipinas Globe Anna Lakrini send-off party set

By Ron Lim

Yet another beauty queen is about to head off to represent the country in another international pageant - and Filipino pageant fans can show off their support at her send-off party.

The Binibining Pilipinas organization called on pageant fans and followers to join them at Binibining Pilipinas Globe 2023 Anna Lakrini's send-off party at the Gateway Mall 2 Quantum Skyview and show the candidate their “love and support”.

Anna is hoping to perform better than Binibining Pilipinas Globe 2022 Chelsea Fernandez, who finished in last year's Miss Globe pageant in the top 15. She is also hoping to bring home the country's second Miss Globe crown after Maureen Montagne.

Anna's send-off also comes after the send-off organized for Binibining Pilipinas International Nicole Borromeo, held last month also at the Gateway Mall 2 Quantum Skyview.

Nicole is also looking to surpass the performance of the previous Binibining Pilipinas International Hannah Arnold, who made it all the way to the Top 15 of the Miss International pageant.

Anna and Nicole are just two of the queens looking to bring home crowns for the country in the coming months. On October 25, Miss Grand Philippines Nikki de Moura will compete to bring home the country's first Miss Grand International crown at the Phú Thọ Indoor Stadium in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.

On November 18, Miss Universe Philippines Michelle Dee is hoping to bring home the country's fifth Miss Universe crown as she competes in El Salvador this November 18. According to the Kapuso star, she is doing everything she can to ensure the crown comes home.

“I'm giving it everything that I have, 200 percent of myself I am dedicating to my crown. Nililigawan ko talaga yung pang-limang korona,” she shared. “I'm really training every day when my schedule permits. I've been working on different aspects of my campaign just to make sure that when I fly to El Salvador, 100 percent ready.”

Near the end of the year on December 18, Miss World Philippines Gwendolyne Fourniol will compete in India in the hopes of bringing home the country's second Miss World crown.
