
More and more Filipinas from around the world have the chance to become a pageant title holder as the Miss World Philippines organization announces a new franchise holder.
In a post on its official Instagram account, the Miss World Philippines organization announced that the Filipino community in the United States now has an official Miss World Philippines franchise holder. In the post, McLelland Entertainment Production An Elite Chateau Inc. was named as the official franchise holder for the Filipino community in the United States. The group will choose the Filipino community in the United States' representative to the Miss World Philippines competition.

This is the second franchise holder in the United States after the Miss World Philippines organization named Jo Verdaflor as the official Miss World Philippines franchise holder for the Filipino community in California.
Locally, the Miss World Philippines organization has also been awarding franchises to different parts of the country. MJV Mclelland was also announced as the local franchise holder for Miss World Philippines Western Visayas in August last year. Representatives of the provinces of Aklan, Antique, Capiz, Iloilo, Guimaras, and Negros Occidental to the Miss World Philippines pageant will be picked from competitions organized by her.
In November, the province of Bukidnon was awarded with a Miss World Philippines franchise, with Miss B Productions and the Pelayo Group staging pageants and determining Bukidnon's delegate for the Miss World Philippines national pageant.
Olongapo City, Zambales, and Bataan were also awarded their own Miss World Philippines franchises last year, with the RDM Talent and Pageant Circuit holding the Miss World Philippines franchise for all three locations. The group will determine the locations' delegates for the Miss World Philippines national pageant.
Wilma Laude Zamora was also announced as the local franchise holder for Cebu last year.
The Pangasinan provincial government was also named as a local franchise holder for Miss World Philippines, with Limgas Na Pangasinan World winners representing the province in the Miss World Philippines pageant.
Winners from these different local pageants will succeed Miss World Philippines Gwendolyne Fourniol, who ended her Miss World journey outside of the Top 40.
