Ryan Cayabyab's Facebook Live concert raises almost P10 million pesos for COVID-19 relief
National Artist for Music Ryan Cayabyab's “Bayanihan Musikahan” Facebook Live concert raised almost P10 million pesos worth of COVID-19 donations.
As of March 23, at 9PM, the “Bayanihan Musikahan” raised P9,686,950.
That night, the online concert series featured Pinoy musical artists like Nyoy Volante, Bullet Dumas, Nino Alejandro, Ito Rapadas and Jimmy Antiporda of Neocolours.
The March 24 line-up will feature Ice Seguerra, Gloc-9, Lara Maigue, and Jim Paredes.
Aside from fundraising for COVID-19, the movement also aims to bring Filipinos together in the spirit of bayanihan through music.
