BLACKPINK's comeback in June confirmed by YG Entertainment

Korean girl group BLACKPINK is set to make a comeback this June 2020. The news was confirmed by the band's music agency YG Entertainment, according Korean media outlet STARNEWS.

On May 4, STARNEWS released reports that BLACKPINK has finished recording their upcoming album, and is planning their music video shoot this month.

The report also stated that the comeback is expected to be in early or mid-June.

In response to the report, YG Entertainment affirmed STARNEWS statements and announced, “BLACKPINK is scheduled to make a June comeback. Once the exact date has been finalized, we will officially share the news with fans first. Thank you.”

This upcoming comeback will be BLACKPINK's first official music project since “KILL THIS LOVE” in April 2019.

The girls of BLACKPINK are also said to be featured in Lady Gaga's new album.
