Ruru Madrid reveals 'Encantadia' cast members maintain friendship, communication

Kapuso hunk Ruru Madrid shared that Encantadia cast members have maintained their friendship since the show concluded in 2017.

He also admitted that the series was his favorite of all the projects he made under GMA Network.

“Nakakatuwa kasi iyon ang kagandahan siguro sa 'Encantadia' cast. Hanggang ngayon sobrang active pa rin and nagkaka-communicate pa rin lahat.

“Ako, sobrang aminado ako na 'Encantadia' is my favorite series na ginawa. Iba 'yung dedication na inalay ko for that project,” he said.

Meanwhile, in an exclusive interview with Unang Hirit, Ruru gave updates on his quarantine life.

“Chill lang kasi siyempre hindi naman talaga tayo pwedeng lumabas para rin naman sa safety natin lahat 'yon.

“Kahit na nakakalungkot tine-take ko na lang siya as an advantage na ito na 'yung right time para magkaroon tayo ng quality time with our loved ones,” he added.

And since Metro Manila is still placed under community quarantine, the actor expressed a longing for his rumored girlfriend Kapuso actress Bianca Umali.

“Hindi naman natin maiiwasan na…siyempre, naka-quarantine. Hangga't maaari, ginagawan namin ng paraan magkita,” he said.

Ruru rarely posts Bianca's photos on his social media accounts but not this time around since, according to him, he misses her so much.
