Lolit Solis reacts to closure of Allan K's comedy bars, 'Hindi na talaga kinaya.'

By Bianca Geli

Entertainment columnist and talent manager Lolit Solis couldn't help but lament Allan K's decision to close his comedy bars Zirkoh and Klownz.

News about the permanent closure was confirmed on June 30 by one of Allan K's close friends Philip Lazaro and other performers in the said comedy bars.

Lolit expressed her sentiments on social media, and reflected on the sad reality that COVID-19 has brought for business owners, entrepreneurs, and people who lost their jobs.

Lolit claimed that Allan K tried to save his comedy bars from closing, and how these bars spawned several talented comedians into stardom.

Lolit then addressed the job losses caused by the pandemic.

She ended her post by hoping for positive changes to happen that can hopefully lead to a better future.

"Sana naman magkaruon na ng konting pagbabago. Sana naman may pag unlad ng makita. Sana, sana, sana. #classiclolita #takeitperminutemeganun #73naako
