Camille Prats grateful to be part of new GMA edu-tainment program 'Makulay Ang Buhay'

As a mom, Camille Prats is particular in choosing the shows she'll be part of.

The reason behind it is that she wants to be a role model to her three kids--Nathan, Nala, and Nolan--that's why she's very grateful to have been offered to host GMA's new edu-tainment program, Makulay Ang Buhay. The show promotes nutritious eating through music videos, storytelling, fun games, and cooking.

"I've always wanted to do a show that's not only entertaining but one that has a purpose. I am both grateful and excited to share with you GMA's Makulay Ang Buhay," the celebrity mom said in her Instagram post last Sunday, September 20.

For Camille, teaching the value of eating vegetables is very important at this time since mommies and kids now stay at home more often.

"It's about time we change the game when it comes to kids and their veggies," she continued.

"Gone are the days when our kids dislike gulay at tayong mga magulang ang palaging nag-a-adjust.

"We, parents, can actually teach them the opposite! And there is no better time than today when our health becomes our number one priority."

Camille, who plays Mom C in Makulay Ang Buhay, says the Kapuso weekly show is close to her because her nieces and nephews referred to her by the same name.

"My pamangkins really call me MomC which makes this show very close to my heart," she revealed.

Catch Camille, together with puppets Benjie and Penpen, in Makulay Ang Buhay Tuesdays at 9:30 a.m. and Saturdays at 9:45 a.m. on GMA.
