Red Velvet arrives in Manila for concert

Korean girl group Red Velvet has arrived in Manila for their "Be You" concert on July 22 at the SM Mall of Asia Arena.

Members Irene, Seulgi, Wendy, Joy, and Yeri were spotted waving to fans during their arrival at the Ninoy Aquino International Airport on July 21, escorted by security.

Red Velvet's third visit to Manila is for an advocacy concert called “Be You” which promotes mental health awareness dedicated to people with special needs.

The concert lineup also features local acts BGYO, BINI, and Lady Pipay.

Red Velvet made a comeback earlier this year in March with the mini album The ReVe Festival 2022 - Feel My Rhythm along with a music video for the title track "Feel My Rhythm."

The group previously performed in the Philippines in April 2015 for “Best of the Best” concert and in June 2019 for the K-Pop Music Festival.
