Roxie Smith reveals story behind her stolen photo of Vince Maristela

Sparkle actress Roxie Smith recently shared a stolen photo of her fellow Kapuso artist and Sparkada Vince Maristela on her Instagram story with the short caption “How did I get so lucky?”

In an exclusive interview with GMANetwork.com during the recent Hearts On Ice story conference, the Belgian-Filipina beauty revealed the story behind her post.

“I'm very lucky kasi me and Vince were actually launched together in a group called Sparkada. It's nice that we built that foundation of friendship and knowing that we're alongside each other seeing our dreams come true.

“Ang saya kasi ng feeling na sabay kaming ni-launch. So I got his back and he has mine and it's nice to know I have somebody like that in the industry,” she said.

For Roxie, one of the qualities that she admires about her fellow Sparkada is his passion for his craft.

She shared, “Very hardworking. Honestly, si Vince is somebody who really puts his mind and heart to what he does. He started taping before I did, so now I actually get [pieces of] advice from him and seryoso talaga siya sa craft niya, very passionate man and I love that about the guy. Very ideal kasi he knows his responsibilities.”

Asked about the real score between the two of them, the beauty queen-actress revealed, “We're good friends and we hang out a lot.”

Meanwhile, Roxie is a part of the upcoming sports drama series Hearts On Ice, starring versatile actress Ashley Ortega and multi-talented actor Xian Lim.
