JYP Entertainment and The Black Label confirmed on the morning of April 5 that TWICE's rapper Chaeyoung, 24, is dating R&B and hip-hop soloist Zion. T, 34.

A representative from Chayeoung's entertainment agency, JYP Entertainment, confirmed the dating rumors through an official statement with Xportnews.

The agency said, “The two are meeting each other with good feelings. They are supporting each other.”

Zion. T's entertainment agency, The Black Label, also confirmed the relationship between the two in a similar statement from JYP Entertainment.

The dating rumor about the K-pop star and soloist first broke at midnight of April 5 (KST) when Korean news outlet SWAY released a report about their 6-month relationship.

It stated, “[Zion. T] met Chaeyoung for the first time through an acquaintance of hers, and their relationship blossomed as more than just a colleague, their relationship developed into a romantic relationship with her.”

SWAY also reported that the two often went out on dates in Hannam-dong, Yeonhui-dong, and Gangbuk.

An official who allegedly knew the K-pop star and soloist supported SWAY's report and said, “Chaeyoung and Zion.T were seniors and juniors, but developed into a romantic relationship. They are not the type to hide and hide their personalities, so people around them are already [well-aware] of their relationship.”

However, Chaeyoung and Zion. T has not released any statement regarding the news.

SWAY was the same news outlet that reported the dating news of Chaeyoung's co-member Jihyo with Olympic gold medalist Yun Sung-bin.
