Ayra Mariano, Yasser Marta, Myrtle Sarrosa, and Manolo Pedrosa host GMA's newest online show 'Cool Hub'
GMA Network's newest online show “Cool Hub” will feature hobbies, interests, and collections of different celebrities and enthusiasts.
It will be hosted by Manolo Pedrosa, Ayra Mariano, Myrtle Sarrosa, and Yasser Marta--who are known to be of great influencers to their followers through craft and hobbies.
During the media conference on Friday, August 28, Manolo, Ayra, Yasser and the show's first celebrity guest Ashley Ortega expressed their gratitude towards the network for the opportunity.
As many have lost their jobs due to the COVID-19 pandemic, they shared that they were fortunate to have work on top of being safe amid these trying times.
“Ang laking pasasalamat ko rin sa Artist Center dahi siyempre nasa gitna tayo ng pandemya ngayon and halos lahat ng artists talaga ang daming nag-stop ng taping or 'yung iba nawalan ng work, pero nandiyan pa rin sila.
“Napakaswerte namin dahil isa kami sa mga napili talaga,” Yasser said.

Manolo also said that Cool Hub is a great avenue to show the public their hosting skills.
“I believe it's an opportunity to show our viewers our different sides, not just acting but our hosting skills where we can share our interests and passion,” he noted.

Meanwhile, Ayra shared that the hosting job was her first work from home experience.
“It's an opportunity. First experience ko ng work from home, e. Ibang experience and opportunity siya dahil hindi lahat nakakapag-work din.
“Very thankful ako dahil nabigyan ako ng opportunity na mas matuto pa ng mga bagay-bagay to showcase 'yung skills and personality namin through this show,” Ayra shared.

The show's first-ever guest, Ashley, added that Cool Hub has helped her reconnect with her old hobbies.
“Actually, I really wasn't vocal about it. Hindi ko rin pinapakita sa mga tao and during this lockdown, 'tsaka ko lang din nabigyan ng pansin 'yung mga collection ko kasi I'm always out and about.
“Talagang bumalik 'yung childhood memories ko when I was sharing about my barbie doll collection kasi hindi ko talaga sila binibigyan ng pansin dati,” she said.
The actress likewise commended the Cool Hub's aim which is to give entertainment to the public and touch the lives of collectors like herself.
“It's a nice opportunity for 'Cool Hub' na they get to share the stories of other people sa mga bagong nangongolekta at sa mga taong nangongolekta na before,” she added.
