One of country's leading Korean pop culture blog sites, Annyeong Oppa, commended GMA's adaptation of hit Korean series, Descendants of the Sun, on a Facebook post shared last February 21.

Annyeong Oppa was impressed how the Kapuso series perfectly re-created the scene where Dr. Maxine (Jennylyn Mercado) unexpectedly met Cpt. Lucas (Dingdong Dantes) when she and the other members of the medical team arrived in Urdan for a humanitarian aid.

The caption read: "Catching up with the latest episodes of Descendants of the Sun PH Remake. Beeeees! It was sooo good! Kudos to @gmanetwork for bringing back our feels especially sa scene na ito! [clapping hands emojis]"

Annyeong Oppa is a social media hub for anything related to Korea--Kdrama, KPop, KLifestyle, KTravels and, ultimately, Korean celebrities.

It creates contents about Korean pop culture, especially made for the Filipino fans, which includes Korean-inspired travels, fashion, food, events, and other activities.

Annyeong Oppa's readership reached up to more than 1,661,480 views across social media, as of writing.
