Fans of Maria Clara at Ibarra characters, Klay (played by Barbie Forteza) and Fidel (played by David Licauco) are urging Fidel to make a move, following last night's episode.

The latest episode of the trending GMA series showed a scene of Klay and Ibarra (played by Dennis Trillo) playing sipa together.

But due to her clumsiness, Klay slipped and Ibarra had to catch her by the waist to prevent her from falling.

Netizens, especially followers of Fidel and Klay--fondly dubbed as FiLay--had hilarious reactions to the scene.

Most of them teased Fidel's idleness and asked him to quickly make a move on Klay already.

“Fidel kung saan-saan ka pumaparoon. 'Yang si Klay naliligaw na ng landas, galaw galaw naman, boy,” one user commented.

Meanwhile, the latest episode seemed to have left some FiLay fans torn as they can't help but still feel kilig over Ibarra's character.

“Hoy Fidel, galaw galaw! Kinikilig na ko kay Ibarra oh sinasabi ko sa'yo talaga,” a user said.

Another wrote, "Fidel galaw galaw na sa pagiging green flag para mailayag ko na din kayo ng maayos. Labas pasok kasi right now sa kulungan as a klaybarra stan lmfao.”

"I actually expected Klay to fall for him. Who would not? He's a gentleman. An ideal. But hopefully… Ibarra would make some move to wake her up. Fidel, galaw, galaw. Ikaw inaabangan kong makatitigan ni Klay,” a user tweeted.

Despite this, some remained loyal and hopeful that FiLay would get their chance soon.

“Ipilit natin, may chance pa naman, pakigalaw galaw ng baso natin Fidel,” a user said.

One also wrote, “Pasimpleng kinukulit para pansinin ni crush. Ganyan dapat, Fidel! Galaw galaw din kahit binasted ka. Ipilit natin ang FiLay.”
