Buff up with Gil Cuerva's light dumbbell workout routine

Want to buff up but still leery to go to the gym amid the pandemic? Don't worry because you can still make your arms stronger and bigger with three light dumbbell exercises, as shared by Kapuso hunk Gil Cuerva on Mars Pa More.

According to Gil, you can still work on your back and arms even if you don't have light dumbbells at home.

You can simply look for objects that you can safely carry or lift and have the same weight as a light dumbbell.

Here are the three light dumbbell exercises included in Gil's routine.

1. Ballistic row
2. Piston push pull
3. Lawnmower pull

Gil also suggests that you spice things up in your workout routine so you can enjoy it. You can add one or two new exercises such as these to your existing routine.
