Richard Yap fulfills dream of working with Michael V. on 'Pepito Manaloto'

One of the wishes of Richard Yap when he transferred to GMA Network last December 2020 was to work with multi-awarded comedian Michael V.

And this Saturday, January 30, Richard's dream will finally come true since he will be a celebrity guest in the weekly comedy show Pepito Manaloto.

In an interview with GMA News Online after his contract signing on December 16, 2020, Richard related his eagerness to work with comedian-director Michael V.

"Siguro... I've been following Bubble Gang for a long time, ever since I was how many years ago was that...so Michael V. is one of the male actors that I would like to work with,"

In a separate interview he also mentioned several Kapuso actresses he wants to work with in a project.

“Marami actually that I look up to like Heart Evangelista, Marian Rivera, Lovi Poe, Rhian Ramos, Solenn Heussaff and... ang dami actually, e. Pero top of mind 'yun muna. I've worked with Jean Garcia before and we had a great time doing a movie together,” he said.

GMANetwork.com got exclusive behind-the-scenes photos of Richard Yap on the set of Pepito Manaloto.

One of his scenes for the episode on Saturday will be with Jessa Zaragoza and Jen Rosendahl, who portray Deedee and Berta, respectively.
