Plume reaches iTunes charts with debut single "Beautiful"

GMA Music talent Plume or Shaquille Iverson Dumpit, has just reached the iTunes Philippines charts with his debut single "Beautiful."

The Baguio-based 20-year-old began his musical journey when he started writing his songs during the pandemic and eventually sent out demos to various recording companies.

It was AltG records, a GMA Music sub-label, that discovered Plume's potential which led to his contract signing in January 2024.

As Plume released his debut single, a self-written track titled "Beautiful", his music made its way to the iTunes Philippines charts.

"Excited na po ako sa release ng single, hinihintay ko po ang kinalabasan ng final version ng song. I'm mostly excited.

"'Yung song naman op is very straightforward, it's just me trying to associate the girl I love with the most beautiful things around me."
